1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Core Close Professionals ("CoreClosePros," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms govern your use of our website and our provision of remote support services to real estate agents and real estate professionals.

2. Our Services

CoreClosePros provides remote virtual assistant and transaction coordination support to real estate professionals, including but not limited to transaction coordination, listing coordination, marketing and social media support, CRM and database management, executive and administrative support, and client and vendor concierge services. The specific scope of services provided to you will be outlined in your service agreement or as discussed during onboarding.

3. Not a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage

CoreClosePros and its coordinators are not licensed real estate brokers, agents, or attorneys, and do not provide real estate brokerage, legal, or tax advice. Our role is administrative and coordination support. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that all transactions, listings, and related activity comply with the real estate licensing laws, brokerage supervision requirements, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Term & Billing

Support plans begin with a 3-month initial contract, after which service continues on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are billed monthly based on the plan and hourly rate selected at the time of engagement. Training, strategy support, and VA mentorship and management are included as part of your plan at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the systems, accounts, and information reasonably necessary for us to perform the agreed services, and to respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect our ability to meet deadlines.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, client, or transaction information shared in the course of the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of performing the services described in this agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to support your business, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to transaction closings, marketing results, lead conversion, or business growth. Our services are administrative and supportive in nature.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services after the initial 3-month term with 30 days' written notice. Early termination during the initial 3-month term may be subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreClosePros' liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
